Plakda!

Went boxing yesterday and I wasn't my usual self. Got so tired agad. Only had 10 rounds of jogging, calisthenics, stretching, 30 mins of sparring, 10 mins of leg exercise and 15 mins of the stationary ball and yet pagod na pagod nako! My ged! This is just half of my usual gym routine, already i felt so flushed and soooo pagod talaga. Noticing that there's something wrong with me, my trainer asked, "Maam marami ba kayo kinain kanina?" With a sly grin i answered, "Oo. Lechon kawali kasi eh." Yun na ang salarin! It was then i realized na ang bigat talaga sa katawan ng piggy meat. For how many weeks, fresh greens, fish, and chicken lang ang kinakain ko and this one day na kumain ako ng pork, ang bigat! So after one and half hours of exercising, usual gym hours ko is two and a half hours, i went home na. Shower and then tulog.

Poor lloyd, he missed his mid-night exercise tuloy.
